Real Estate Property Manager

We have a full time position available for the right person who has the right skill base, attitude and commitment, to compliment our professional real estate team.
Knowledge & Experience Required

Essential
  • Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Proven mediation experience in resolving Tenancy Tribunal matters
  • Have own car
  • Knowledge of computerised trust accounting package
  • Be proficient in the use of relevant computor programs
  • Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle a portfolio of properties and work within a team of staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
Desirable
  • Experience in the local property market; An understanding of both local and national real estate markets
  • Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry
  • Relevant formal training

Real Estate Sales Person

We have a position available for the right people who have the right skill base, attitude and commitment to compliment our professional real estate sales team.

Applicants will need to have the following:

  • Productivity based income expectation
  • Strong real estate sales record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Flexibility, proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Computer skills
  • Internet and information technology experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • A current Real Estate Licence a must
  • A Late model motor vehicle and drivers licence

Real Estate Sales Support
