"Barton" is a name that has had a long association with the Blue Mountains and its Community since 1966.

Mark Barton Real Estate was established in 1993 in Springwood and has evolved into one of the Blue Mountains most successful and progressive real estate businesses. As the business grew the proprietors, Mark Barton & Sharon Morgan expanded by taking over Raine & Horne Springwood.  After trading under this name for eight years, Mark & Sharon decided that operating as a locally owned group was where the future lay in Real Estate, so in 2008 elected to change the name of the business back to “Bartons Real Estate”. Thus so allowing the growing of the good name of "Bartons Real Estate" and to focus on and support the local community.

At “Bartons”, we aim to be the best. We strive to shine in every area of our business, continually reinventing ourselves as we find better ways to achieve our clients' goals. We are a learning organisation. We regularly review our structure, systems and processes, asking ourselves: How can we improve our service to our clients?

While our main focus is selling and managing residential property, we have a range of complementary services to make it easier for you to do business. As well as our residential and property management teams, we offer expert help in the areas of home loans, project marketing, investment sales and commercial sales & leasing.
